Services
OBS Drones provides professional UAV operations including event safety, event media, counter-UAS support and UAV consultancy. The scope, deliverables and pricing of any engagement are confirmed in a separate agreement or operational brief before work commences.
Bookings & Cancellations
Operational deployments are subject to weather, airspace and regulatory conditions. Where a deployment cannot proceed safely or lawfully, OBS Drones reserves the right to reschedule. Cancellation terms are confirmed at the point of booking.
Compliance & Approvals
All flights are conducted in accordance with UK aviation regulations. Clients are responsible for confirming they have authority to authorise operations over the intended site and for providing accurate site information.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including imagery, text and branding, is the property of OBS Drones unless stated otherwise. Media delivered as part of a commissioned engagement is licensed for use as agreed in the project brief. Our Media License governs the permitted use, reproduction and distribution of delivered aerial imagery and footage — a copy of the license terms is issued alongside each media handover, and any use beyond the agreed scope requires prior written consent.
Liability
OBS Drones maintains appropriate insurance for its operations. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or services.
Website Use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. We may update or modify the site at any time without notice.
